The parish priest begins with group coaching. Together with a small cohort of brother priests, they explore the fundamentals of parish renewal, including vision, evangelization, and leadership.
…then brings a team along…
Leading renewal cannot be done alone! The priest brings together a small group of trusted leaders to discern together whether this is a path they want to take as a parish.
…and receive 1:1 accompaniment.
With the support of a dedicated Divine Renovation guide, the priest and his team will be accompanied as they lead their parish from maintenance to mission.
